Wi-Fi rates : FREE

These prices include cleaning twice a week of the whole Studio, except of the kitchenette which remains under the responsibility of the customer. The linen of bathroom is changed with each cleaning, the linen of bed once on two (either once per week).

The rent per month and week as well as the deposit of guarantie of CHF 300. - are payable with the arrival.

Important: The reservations are confirmed only after reception of 30% of the rent.

Cancellations must be done 10 days before the beginning of the hiring.
The departures must be announced 10 days before the end of the stay.
Each tenant with the obligation to announce in advance with the reception the arrival of any extra person placing in his studio and to pay the price of the stay in advance with the case.
